The 'Codes' column in the table of class names has these possible entries (some entries are not present on every page):
| blank | graduated with rest of class |
| c | a member of the class who transferred to another school before entering high school |
| d | died before graduation |
| h | honorary member of this class, but officially graduated the following year |
| s | withdrew before graduation to join the war effort |
| t | transferred to another school before graduation |
| w | withdrew before graduation |
| x | not listed in commencement bulletin; reason not known |
| u | obit says attended KHS; class unknown (but best guess is this class) -- please let us know what class this person was in. Thanks! |
