Class Poem
From the halls of K. H. S.
We solemnly depart.
A joyful outlook for the best,
But also sadness, in our heart.
Our friends we shall remember,
And our teachers will never fade,
From the memory of early September
And the lasting records we made.
How can we be without remorse
To leave our second home?
For we know not our future course
Or over what paths we’ll roam.
Oh, kindly light, may you guide
Us wisely and with hope,
That over life’s hurdles we may glide,
To meet problems with which we can cope.
