Miss Sara C. Merrick
KENNETT SQUARE, Pa.
Miss Sara C. Merrick, 26, of Fairthorn St., Kennett Square, died Sunday of
injuries sufferred in an automobile crash in Toms River, N.J.
She was born in Wilmington, Del. and had lived most of her life in Kennett
Square.
Miss Merrick was a Latin teacher in Central Region High School, Bayville, N.J.
She was a graduate of Kennett Square High School and Susquehanna University,
Selinsgrove, Pa. She was a member of Presbyterian Church of Kennett
Square.
Survivors include her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. Leon Merrick of Kennett Square; a
brother, John R. of Kennett Square; and her step-grandmother, Mrs. Robert C.
Merrick.
Services will be tomorrow morning at 11 at Presbyterian Church, Kennett Square,
with interment at Union Field Cemetery there.
